An Open Appeal to President Trump
Sir, congratulations on ridding the White House of Iago. Though your nod to President Lincoln in surrounding yourself with a team of rivals has some merit, clearly Mr. Bolton advocated for an aggressive foreign policy that completely contradicted your nature and–more importantly–your campaign promise to the American people to stay out of military adventures.
Mr. President, you are a man concerned about your legacy as commander in chief, which is fine. I challenge anyone to name an American president who wasn’t. What would you say if I shared with you a way in which you could distinguish yourself from all of the presidents in our lifetime, and mark you place in history as the President who recaptured the American republic? Interested?
Sir, here’s how you can “Make America a Republic Again” (MARA).
Think about this, Mr. President. The past two administrations have been run by both political parties. The Republican president took us into two disastrous wars. (You criticized him for it. And rightfully so.) The Democratic fellow who followed upped the ante, and added five more. (You criticized him for it. And rightfully so.) Thus, Mr. President, you inherited seven unnecessary wars. If you were to follow up on your campaign pledge of non-intervention, and remove our great nation from these foreign entanglements, you would be a genuine hero. No U.S. President in our lifetime has been able to do that—until now.
When you showed your NSA Iago the door this week, your opportunity was revealed. Bring someone into your team who could unite the country, put America’s interests first, and you, Sir, would get the credit. And your praise would be well deserved because your action would be courageous. Mr. President, you can Make America a Republic Again! Click the link below and meet your new National Security Advisor.
MARA!
